The Skinny: Following the shocking revelation that Park Avenue is paved in platinum and stolen doubloons, a Curbed commenter offered this stunning admission: “I’ll take park ave south, thanks.” Really! Well, we like to satisfy all our customers, so here’s a piping hot Park Avenue South listing just north of Union Square. The corner unit in a new full-service building has a wavy wall of windows and all sorts of fancy finishes and touches, including a “waterfall” water outlet in the master bathroom. Waterfall! You don’t get that on that other Park Avenue. So stuffy!
