“There is more drug activity near West 4th Street Subway than anywhere near West 145th Street Subway. In fact, I have only gotten harassed when I have been down in the Village at night, not here. As for clothes – I don’t think anyone on these boards have been to neighborhoods in Harlem lately. Dress like homeless people? Um…no.
