Hell Buildings: Former Gowanus Squat Still a Hulking Shithole

Cleared of its squatter encampment a few years back, the notorious Batcave building (a former power plant at 3rd and 3rd near the Gowanus Canal) is still empty, save for the ghosts of heroin addicts past and the graffiti guys who occasionally come through and head up to the roof. And Jake Dobkin, of course. He sleeps in a corner.

The listing disappeared for a while, but it has now reappeared, sans asking prices.
